To strengthen our team, we are looking for an internal sales employee / Manager Business Operations (m/f/d) at the Hamburg Mitte location.

Your tasks:

• Active support of the sales team and sales management.
• Qualification of customer inquiries and sending of initial information.
• Maintaining the customer database and project lists.
• Assistance in preparing offers and follow-up.
• Answering and processing customer inquiries in German and English.
• Creation of contract documents for new and existing customers.
• Independent coordination and monitoring of the entire customer setup.
• Organization and coordination of trade fairs in coordination with the sales team.

Your profile:

• Degree with an economic background or completed commercial training and preferably several years of professional experience in a sales environment.
• Business fluent German and English skills as well as user skills in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Initial experience in the field of sports products would be desirable - but not essential.
• Ability to work in a team, high level of service understanding, very good organizational talent and the ability to act independently, solution-oriented and structured.
