How can I return my order?

Do I get an order and shipping confirmation?

If an e-mail address was given with the order, we will inform you about the current shipping status with a tracking number.

What delivery time can I expect?

Delivery times specified by us are calculated from the time of our order confirmation, provided the purchase price has been paid in advance (except for purchases on account). Usually the delivery time is 1-2 working days.

To which countries are the products shipped?

We currently offer shipping within Germany and Austria. If international shipping is desired, please contact our support: support@stryve.de

From which purchase amount are the shipping costs eliminated?

The shipping costs for your order within Germany are waived from a purchase value of 20.00 euros.

Which service provider will my order be shipped through?

The orders are sent via the service providers "DHL" or "DHL Express".
